Review content:
We remodeled our beautiful new kitchen 5 years ago. Unfortunately, the only mistake we made was to purchase our high end Italian kitchen faucet with spray and soap dispenser from Fixtures Etc. We are now having problems with the fixtures. We went to the store today and spoke with Don. He was not only rude, but offered no assistance whatsoever after our very expensive purchase. He explained they no longer supply the faucet, and that we would have to contact the manufacturer directly. To add insult to injury, instead of helping us with the manufacturer, which they had recommended at the time of purchase, he instead had nothing good to say about the product and manufacturer. Also, his solution regarding the broken soap dispenser was to purchase a new one from him. Unacceptable!!! I wish we would have taken the time to drive to Bath Splash Showroom in downtown Nashua, NH. Buyer beware, high price does not guarantee good service.
