"OK. First of all, I'm reading most everyone's whiny reviews, and they're just making me laugh. Really people'! Get a grip. If you don't like living here, move '! EVERYWHERE HAS BREAK-INS & RUDE TENANTS! Secondly, I've been here for over a year now, and I really like it. Yes, there are a few things that could be worked on; however, what complex doesn't'
Positives: it's clean, management is pleasant & helpful, there is plenty of covered & FREE parking, maintenance is quick, the grounds are nice (especially will be when everything gets completely finished), I see cops driving passed my apartment all the time so I feel safe.
Anyway, my opinion...I would recommend GOTP!
