I visited Sharky's for the first time last night. The food and service was fantastic. I started with their Bacon Wrapped shrimp that was cooked perfectly. The sauce had a sweet taste and complemented the shirmp perfectly. For dinner, I decided to try the Grouper. With the coastal feel, I was sure the Grouper would be fantastic and I was wright. I had it lightly blackened with citrus butter on the side. It's was nice I was able to choose my side since most Restaurants in Memphis don't give you choices. For dessert I had the Key Lime pie which you could tell was made fresh not frozen. The decor inside was very clean and comfortable. I definitely will be back and will tell all about the jewel I've found. Thank you Sharky's!
