Bad: Save yourself the time, just don't go here. Overall environment is full of women who are catty, disrespectful, passive digressive and inexperienced. The entire experience was uncomfortable and I felt embarrassed/upset with my haircut and the money/time I had wasted. I have chosen to give this dim salon a poor rating in hopes of helping them improve their work space..
