"Roto Rooter Plumbers 03/02/2011" came to our home because of a serious backup problem that caused major flooding throughout our entire home (both main floor and basement). Ed Sullivan, our service man, came out right away, quickly fixing our problem within a matter of minutes, not only informing us as to how the problem started but as to what kind of shape our plumbing was in (which was much better than we thought). Ed was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and quite professional - even coming in under what was initially quoted over the phone. If we ever find ourselves in need of a plumber again, we will call Roto Rooter Plumbing and ask for Ed. I must add that we had contacted several plumbing companies around Fort Wayne before deciding on Roto Rooter because they were also "so" incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional (not to mention patient) amidst my frantic phone call about our leak!
