Review content:
Chasewood Downs has great service and a great staff. I never had any problems getting maintence problems resolved. The complex offers great move-in specials. However, after the first year, if you don't sign your lease early, they will jack up the price of your rent. My advice is to only live there if you know for sure how long you plan to stay in that location. Also, bargain them down in price because they quote everyone different rent prices.
