Review content:
This was my first time using your company and I'll say they did a pretty good job. There are some things that I feel will need some improvement. The piano in the living room was not touched, nor was the tub in the Master bath. The bathroom floors were vaccumed not sure they were mopped because I could see where some small areas were missed with the vac. Also, I need to ask if once the toilets are cleaned, do they flush them? If not, I saw no cleaner in the bowl. I prefer that once they have been cleaned that they not be flushed. That way they smell clean and disinfected and I know they have been cleaned. I want to request that they not take out my trash. I have my husband do it. I had just sent out 2 bags the morning you came to clean so my cans had new bags in them. They were taken out again. To me this seems wasteful plus I know what days trash pickup is, etc. This is my mistake because I forgot to mention it to the ladies. The women were very nice and overall did a good job. My house did smell good when I returned from the gym. I like for them to ask me questions when they are not sure about something and they did. They did leave without saying anything to me. I had wanted to say 'thank you' and see how their experience had been but was not able to. All these things are easily addressed and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.
