I have had some health issues the last few years that limit me to certain types of workouts and there were a couple of concerns I had regarding a few of the pieces of cardio equipment last month which I brought to his attention and instead of telling me he would let someone else know, he got tools, fixed the problems himself, and took the time to call me at home to let me know he had resolved the issues.
