My partner and I have been involved in real estate investing for about 7 years and have focused mostly on reos and flips but this past year we decided to use several of the properties for rentals. We'd gotten them at a great price and since they were in a good area we thought we might be able to come out ahead. The problem became one of seeing what property management Colorado Springs had to offer. One of the Real Estate agents in our network referred me to Nicole and Ashford. Together they are just an unbeatable property
management team. After reviewing the properties they were able to lay out exactly what we
could charge for rent. The numbers worked out great. We had enough to take care of our
expenses plus we would see the profit margin within a few years. The other cool thing about working with Nicole and Ashford is that they found responsible tenants who pay on time and take care of the properties. Nicole always keeps our team updated while taking care of all the important stuff on the back end...big stress reliever. Nicole and Ashford are the best Colorado Springs Property Management team we could ask for and they're going
