This repair station has horrible customer service and do not stand by their work. I had them install a new set of tires and my steering wheel starts shaking at 65 mph. So I take it back to rebalance. After waiting 3hrs the second time, my entire car starts to shake at 75 mph. Then I take another day off from work to bring it back. Only to hear them tell me, they have to charge me again to rebalance and something is probably wrong with your car. They just said pay again or go somewhere else.
So I bring it to Pepboys and now its buttery smooth past 85 mph.
I should have got the hint when all three times I was there. There were customers complaining about their work and their prices. I always give everybody the opportunity to make things right. But I guess some just want to take your money and run. I just hope nobody else has to get ripped off by them.
