Wow, I'm shocked to read some of these negative reviews because Forest Lakes Auto has done nothing but provide my wife and I with top shelf service for years and years. They've always been very up front and honest with their work. They always call to let us know what they find, give us their recommendations on what to fix and what can wait, and we've never had to return because of a recurring problem.
In fact, they've even done a few minor quick fixes and repairs on the spot with no appointment for FREE! On top of that, we had some tires that ended up being sized incorrectly, that we drove for several months. Forest Lakes Auto replaced them for FREE without a second glance. Finding an honest mechanic is difficult, but once you do you want to stick with them for years--Forest Lakes Auto is THE auto shop for us in Charlottesville.
