Roto-Rooter came to save the day when my regular plumbing company couldn't - they were already fully booked up. So, I called Roto-Rooter. The only issue I have is that the technician arrived 3 hours after the 2-hour window I was given this morning was over. I was told at 0730, that the Roto-Rooter plumber would arrive between 0800-1000, but a couple calls and it seemed that they were very busy and local icy conditions were slowing everything down. Seemed that they were busy too - but they were still going to arrive bfore tomorrow! I understood the problems, so it wasn't a big deal. "John" arrived by 1330 (that's 1:30 pm) and he had the main drain snaked out and draining, packed up and ready to go by 1430. He explained possible actions if the main drain didn't drain again. The cost was as quoted and the 6-month warranty will keep me happy. Thank you "John" and Roto-Rooter!!!
