Our former BPM-application was not up to standards so after some research we decided to contact Appian. Sure enough what we've read and heard about their web-based BPM-suite turned out to be a very good solution. Today we process our order much quicker and have seen a decrease in errors by some 24%. Business process management is key for every company dealing with a vast clientele and Appian's process management software package is definitely a must have tool.
