I was new to the area and actually was looking for a swimsuit for my upcoming vacation. As you can imagine, I really had no idea where to start other than large chain stores. I really didn't see anything I liked in those stores, I actually came to expect that result since I knew Kansas is nowhere near beaches.
One day on my ride home from work, I noticed Sun City. I always thought it was just another tanning salon, but I figured I would go and ask them where I could find a swimsuit since I really had no clue being a new person in the area. I walked in and was actually surprised to see they sold a good amount of swimsuits. I talked with one associate who's name I unfortunately forget, but they were actually really helpful, and they helped me find a swimsuit that could work for my vacation. We also just made small talk and found out we actually had a hobby in common (surfing).
While I didn't use the tanning services on my first visit, I actually did come back to use the tanning services right before I left for my vacation. Basically your standard tanning services, and I was able to get right in and right out, which was nice.
All in all, I would have to say that Sun City was very helpful in my quest to find a swimsuit for my vacation. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection and was quite happy with the service I was provided. I see here that there are some complaints about the service, and maybe those customer's just got a bad egg. I sure hope I don't have the same experience as they did, but really have enjoyed the times I have shopped at Sun City. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some summer swim wear or anyone looking to get a nice looking tan for an event or even summer preparation. I know they have been in business for quite a while now and I always like to support local shops over the larger retailers.
