These guys are amazing! I interviewed 5 companies. There was only one other company that was even close to the same playing field as Dr. Roof. What I discovered during my process in finding a quality roofer is that contractors mislead people with how the word their contracts. It took some tough questions to get to the bottom of what contractors were actually doing, especially some of those guys with the fancy trucks driving all over town. Marketing only goes so far.
Dr. Roof was honest, comprehensive, and had excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They pointed out problems with my roof that no one else noticed and told me about it in a way that made sense. Sales rep, supervisors, and crews were obviously well trained and knew what they were doing. It's refreshing working with a company like Dr. Roof in an industry that is not known for it's integrity. Thank you Dr. Roof!
