This company is listed under 2 addresses-one is a po box, the other is in coventry. I had a very bad experience with this inspection co and continue to have problems. The President-Hank Ritcher, inspected my home prior to purchaseing 2 yrs ago. He never indicated that the cellar was flooding or that the home needed a new roof -immediately. Within 2 mos of moving in, I discovered these issues and spent 5000.00 on fixing them. When I tried to have Mr. Richter come back to assist, he was not helpful. I consulted w/ a lawyer but could not afford the fees to go forward and choose to do the repairs instead. I just found out that my heating system is 22 yrs old and not up to code and needs to be replaced ! I am a single mom w/ a 5 yrs old and I think Mr. Richter was pretty sure of himself in that I would barely be able to afford the house, never mind suing him. I would caution single woman particularly purchasing a home not to use this company but also anyone who is not knowledgable about heating/ac, roofs, structural, etc. My experience has been a nightmare !
