I've been calling around to numerous Toyota Dealerships for some service on my newly bought car and all I would get a machines. I called Mike Basil Toyota, and was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the call. I scheduled a maintenance appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted with an extremely service adviser. After receiving the service, the service adviser, brought me my paperwork and took the time to describe the total condition of my car. The other dealership service advisers I became in contact with never provided me with this service. I would recommend Mike Basil Toyota to anyone.
