I have nothing but good things to say about Michael Singer Real Estate. I dealt with Linda Toppi, who is top notch -- incredibly nice and very accommodating. They fixed everything in the apartment pronto and even followed up via email to make sure I was happy. Great company, quick response, nice staff. If I can say anything about renting in Philly, it's stay away from William Penn Realty. They are the absolute worst mgmt company on the face of the planet. Horrible! 2 thumbs up for Michael Singer though.
