i read that review about the chaos and thats unfortunate because i read great reviews about this place. but have to say that when i called in to make an appointment, because i was going to a party, the girl on the phone had no idea what she was talkin about. she told me something like that the stylists all had different schedules and wanted to take my number so that she could call me back. well, whoever is was i would going to see just lost busines. firstly, im staying at a hotel since im not from the north and secondly, i should have been able to make an appointment right then in here. having to give out my number so that i can make an appointment is backward and a waste of my time. if there are 3 receptionists, why couldn't one of them have helped me out?
