Let me start out my review by saying that I have four kids and two dogs which is precisely why I needed carpet cleaning - LOL! Between work and raising a family I really delayed having the cleaning done. So you can just imagine how soiled everything was. I truly expected that when the cleaning technician from Green Choice arrived at my house that he would be in a state of shock at the condition of my home. But he was very nice and explained what would need to be done. And what was great about this guy was that he didn't pressure me in any way. He just told me in a matter-of-fact manner what he would need to do to remove all of the stains. And the price he offered me was extremely reasonable - a lot less than I expected to spend.
I also had a large rug which was dirty and in need of repair. The tech told me that he would bring the rug to their factory and he gave me a very reasonable price on that as well and he said that the company always offered free pick-up and delivery so there would be no extra charge for that.
The technician did a very nice job in my house and my rug was just delivered to my home today, as promised. I am really, really grateful because this rug was a wedding present from my parents and I was ready to throw it out because of its terrible condition. Green Choice has been a godsend and I thank them very much for a job very, very well done. Thanks, Green Choice!
