Review content:
We live about 15-20 minutes from the nearest full service grocery store, so if I need something quick or at the last minute I go to Garner's. They offer a gas station, a deli and a small grocery store with meats and limited fruits and veggies. The prices are lower than I expected. The also offer pizza which is pretty good, but when you call, the oven is never on and it usually takes well over an hour for the pizza, so I have quit using them for that. Most of the time, I can find what I need there when I go, so they do have a pretty good selection for a small store. I have noticed on occasion that they have charge us for tax on food purchases and have had to argue it with them and they gave me some excuse for that such as they can charge tax on single serve food items - I bought cans of soup and that is not taxable. My husband will not go in there anymore because they have charged him tax on food items a few times. I do go on occasion as it is just more convenient for me.
