I've only been here once so far, but I'm pretty sure it was my favorite facial I've ever had. I think the girl who did it was named michelle - she was friendly and down to earth, and not snobby (nothing worse than feeling like you're being judged at a spa). I'm not sure if it was because I was a first time client, but she massaged my shoulders and feet the whole time the steaming and mask were being done. It was great. I'll definitely be going back to see if they can match that great first impression.
Edit: I've now been here at least a dozen times, and I've still had nothing but awesome experiences!
Pros: prices standard/reasonable, great service, nice staff
