Review content:
The type of this school is "Public school"...it's not in the list of options for some reason. Anyways. I graduated from this high school. This school is not that great, but only because all of the people that would make it better have left. A lot of parents send their kids to Desert HS or elsewehere. There are a few REALLY good teachers at this school that don't get as much credit for their work as they should. There are also some really bad teachers at this school. For students to do well here they're really going to need to have some initiative or someone really pushing them to do well b/c there isn't much to be said for the school trying to encourage/inform students so they do better. If you take the initiative to do well, get all the info for college, and take advantage of all the opportunities that aren't even presented to you, then you will succeed. Otherwise, it's just an average school and it's getting worse since they took out all AP classes and online classes and many other programs and teachers that encourage students to excel. They also need a better program for informing students about college applications... I could probably keep going with comments. But this school is really what you make of it.
