Good: The completed flagstone walkway and small stack stone wall for the side access to the back patio looks even better than the design plan showed. There was extra flagstone and the guys created a small seating area near a firepit without charging extra!. Bad: We got more mulch than requested so that job took a lot longer than we planned but after telling our architect about that single issue, Schmalz gave us a discount on the mulch. It smelled so good.. Improvements: More money in my budget so I can have Schmalz back for phase 3, 4 and 5!. Other: The foreman and his team were completely professional and even gave guidance on some placements of plants I wanted to put in myself. Really nice guys. And they cleaned everything up. There wasn't even dirt or mulch in the lawn near the project area..
