Ok. Where do I begin? Imagine walking In to purchase a used vehicle and the salesman starts off by saying,"you need to add ten percent to the prices you saw on the internet as they reflect our true cost and obviously we need to make money" well that's clear lake Mazda .
Imagine having to explain to a salesman how to look up cars on his own database.. Well that's clear lake Mazda.
Care for the sales manager to inform you that you don't work in the auto industry so don't tell him how to do his job because he isn't telling you how to do yours, that's clear lake Mazda.
Imagine dropping off credit apps at 2 to sign the papers later that evening after work, only to find everyone has been too preoccupied with solitaire and facebook to actually care About customer service and do there job... That's clear lake Mazda.
Imagine a salesman telling you your payment would be 30 percent more then you knew it could possibly be and not explaining why until you were " in with the finance manager" and who chose to stop his duties right after he had you sold on the car, that's clear lake Mazda
Imagine aMANager who buried an extended warranty in your 30 percent overage assuming you would want it. That's Mazda of clear lake.
People: please do not go here. It is absolutely horrible. The facilities are sub par, staff all lack what seems to even be a high school education, and there seems to be no organization anywhere through the staff and facility.
I only shopped here because it was close but I guarantee they will never get my business again.
Ps. Making your down payment before even getting approved for financing and then finding it buried in the sales mans pocket still when it comes to purchase is a little disturbing as well. Think twice there is nothing to offer here. I never write reviews but this one deserves one
