RESPONSE TO THE FALSE and INFLAMATORY REVIEW DATED 08/23/2007:
A group of 9 persons visited on August 8, 2007.
Eighteen tapas, two desserts and coffee were served and consumed for a value of $187.54 including sales tax.
A standard Gratuity of 20% is added to groups of 6 or more and individual checks are not done as specified on the menu.
At their request, $67.88,.Sangria, wine and gratuity was paid separate from the total bill.
The balance of "only food" was divided by 8 and separated on the credit bill, between sales $22.04, gratuity $6.10, Total $28.14 per customer.
