My husband & I had just spent a couple of days at the end of July, We had a great time the room was very clean, the customer service was very good & the restaurant was good. We have been staying at the Bal Harbour the last couple of years, We have had no complaints on any type of mildew smells or a problem with the hotel being run down! It could be a little up dated but not a big deal. We are planning to go back for a couple of days at the end of the month. This hotel is one of the better ones in the Crest!
