Been going here for 4 years now-used to be seen by Dr. J.,until a few years ago. Now that I see the other new ones,I will never return.I've had the same filling fall out twice in a year,dentist almost poked my eye with that tooth poker thing,when I've had to cancel appts due to illness, either myself or my kids, they insist that we still come i.although we don't.When they were doing a filling, they couldn't figure out the right way to put this metal tooth divider in-put it in the wrong way first, then couldn't get it out for about 5 minutes once they were done.Dentist couldn't remember what names of the tools were"can you give me that.. thing...the...um... packer-that's it!" And the" ha ha-I almost poked your eye out" wasn't so funny either. She had said this after she squirted me in the face with water and tried wiping it off with the poker still in her hand. Came soo close. Hardly think that was funny.Anyhow-I will get my filling replaced AGAIN somewhere else even it it cost me-I refuse to go back.I called them last night about my filling-it's mid-morning now and not a word from them. Fine by me-I'm going somewhere else this afternoon-anything is better than this! This is why people hate going to the dentist.
