Am I the only one around who is getting sick of dropping a hundred dollar bill for below average meals? Why do prices keep going up and service keeps going down? Three of us went to CPK last night for dinner. Granted the place was busy but this was some of the worst service I have ever received. Let me explain. We were given bread and butter but no silverware. After asking 2 times for silverwear, some young girl, who couldn't even look at us, literally dropped it onto our table. We ordered a bottle of wine, an appetizer, a salad and a pizza to split between all three of us (mind you, for $100.00). We were brought the wrong bottle of wine, our salad came out before our appetizer and our waitress was no where to be found. Our water and my husband soda were never refilled. After eating, our waitress set down our check without asking if we wanted anything else. We flagged her down to let her know we would like to have coffee and dessert. The coffee came. We had to ask for sugar and spoons. My point is, you can expect this type of service in fast food type of places. But one hundred dollars is alot of money. It seems you don't get what you pay for anymore. It's seems like it's cheaper and less hassle to just stay home and cook. My husband and I decided last night, it is better to spend more money and get what you are paying for at a 4 star restaurant then going to these overpriced chains. Pros: Food was okay Cons: service and price
