My daughter and I went here to look at a used car on a Saturday morning. Apparently, Saturday is not a good day for some of the sales staff. When we decided to buy and transfer our old plates, the salesman's 'boss' looked like we wanted him to walk to Lansing to do the paperwork. He told us that we were 'burning up daylight' because we had to go home to get the plate and registration. We were also told that the car had gone thru an inspection and service that included an oil change. I had already checked the oil and it had not been recently changed. If you really want to do business here, call ahead to make sure everyone had gotten up on the right side of the bed that day. My daughter is using this car to commute to MSU and I'm sure she'll wear this car out. We will NOT be going back here.
