they called almost immediately upon submitting the request. i appreciate that they obviously wanted my business. the repairman came and fixed my washing machine quickly and only charged me the $35 initial visit fee. he was nice, professional and a good communicator. they gave me a 4 hour window (12pm-4pm) of when they'd show up and said they'd call within 30 minutes of the repairman's arrival. in my experience, most places would call at 3:45pm and the repairman would be a little late. this time, they called at 1:30pm, he was there by 1:45pm and my washer was fixed by 2pm. it was the perfect customer service experience.
