I had a wonderful experience at Kline Volvo when I purchased my Volvo earlier this month. Their website was very user friendly and their daytime receptionist Sarah was very easy to talk to and she was very positive. When I visited the dealership I met Sarah and she offered me coffee while she found a sales associate to work with. I met with Grant - he was a joy to work with, he listened and never tried to push me into anything. I ended up buying that very day even though that was not my intention when I drove to the dealership that very morning. I loved my time spent (well as much as you can when purchasing a vehicle) at Kline Volvo, and I enjoy my XC60 very much! I can't wait for a significant snowfall. :)
