Review content:
Rarely do I take to the Internet to show my disgust with a company but never before have I been so motivated to do so then after my experience this past weekend with Branning's Princeton Auto Body. Not only did they falsely claim to have fixed my vehicle but they also caused even more damage to my power windows, tinted film and to top it off, they cracked my windshield. The owner himself was the one to attempt to give me my "repaired" car back on Saturday morning and when I noticed all of the damage, he never apologized or took responsibility in any way.
While I was in there, another customer picked up her car and then brought it back 5 minutes later because it was also not fixed. The level of frustration and stress caused by being in an accident in the first place was so much more aggravated by my experience with Brannings. I really don't know how they live with themselves.
