Review content:
I have used Kiwi Services for at least 5 years now and I have always found them to be timely, courteous and knowledgeable. I have 1 border collie and 2 elderly cats and they are all very hard on the carpet. I LOVE the warranty clean....very helpful when you have all those animals. Also, for some reason, our dog had chewed up the carpet in the middle of the living room and KIWI repaired the chewed up area so well, I have a hard time finding the spot. I used to do steam cleaning and it never made the carpet look as nice as KIWI does. The techs are always polite and work quickly and the folks on the phone are always very helpful and considerate.
This is a great company with a good product and excellent customer service.
