They did a fantastic job for a reasonble price. The carpeting had numerous stains from my pets and I thought about replacing. I called DMS after reading about them online and was very impressed with what they had to offer and the person I spoke to seemed knowledgable. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me proir to us scheduling the work and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. I really liked the fact that the person doing the work was an owner; he presented himself in a professional manor and really seemed to take great pride in the service he was providing. I deal with a lot of service people in my industry and it was refreshing to deal with a company like DMS and wish there were more like them!
