The only contact I ever had with Roto Rooters ever was an eye contact with the drivers in the vans I have encountered on the road through out the years.
I always associated such contact with an image of overflowing sewage, bad smell, and some guy bended over a broken toilet. But I learned that I was wrong!
My kitchen sink was overflowing with water, and my first reaction was to call the guy that declogged it last year. He kept playing hide and sick with me for several days, and I ended up contacting another guy recomended to me. First time he cancelled out on me the last minute, and said he had an emergency at another location. He rescheuduled and made me wait another 2 days, and it did not work out again. My uncle volunteered underestimating his abilities and left me with no pipes under the sink and clogged main line. Sunday Night in frustration I opened the yellow book, and picked two most colorful adds a competitor and Roto Rooters. I dialed both. While the competitor's live operator said a technician will call me back, I got direct answers from Roto Rooters right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day, although they were even willing to come out at 8:30 pm the same night. Guess what the competitor's technician never called back either, and thank god. I call it FAITH. I am so glad I ended up getting services from Roto Rooters, and met Greg-2957. In less than 2 hours Greg cleaned out the main waterline, installed new piping under the sink. While working, the area stayed clean and no dirt. Greg is a real professional with 30 yeas of experience. Although I was promised a cheaper service by other plumbers, I am glad I paid more and recieved a high quality service and a well done Job. Thank You Roto Rooters for making my plumbing problems your priority ! Roto Rooters keeps promises, and its plumbers allow the company to retain its professional image! YOU ARE THE BEST!!
