Review content:
I came to have my hair colored and she quoted me the price. I agreed to it and while the stylist was doing my hair, Ana came to me and told me that my quoted price is to increase by $20. I agreed to it anyway although I felt I had no choice since the work has already been started with my hair.
When the coloring was done, my hair color turned out uneven from the top part with the bottom part. Since it was already evening, I was asked to come back another day to correct the unevenness. Naturally, I agreed again. I had no choice. Before I went out the salon, I asked about the price of hair gloss which was needed to be done after they correct my hair color when I come back. I was quoted a price of $40.
When I came two days after to have my hair color corrected, Ana helped with the work. When it's time to pay, I was told to pay $100 plus. I was furious. I was charged for the additional color which was not my fault in the first place. I asked for a price that would cover everything but every time it's time to pay, Ana would just keep on adding charges!
Never, never ever deal with Ana!!!
