My business was burgled before dawn on a Saturday. After dealing with the police I needed to secure the premises and I was feeling the stress. I called Springfield Gardens Key and woke up the locksmith. Nonetheless he came right over with his coffee and surveyed the damages. He clearly and calmly laid out all my options and their respective costs. We settled on a plan of action and he actually made a list for me of locks I could go purchase myself at Home Depot and save the mark up he would have to charge.
I also couldn't start the work immediately as I had to wait for the fingerprint technician to come out. The locksmith said no problem call him later after I had the locks and the fingerprints were taken. I called him at 4pm and he came right over and started work. All the time taking the extra effort to educate me and make sure I was comfortable with the work he was doing. He didn't finish until 8:30pm. All the work was perfect, excellent. All his prices were reasonable and extremely fair. He gave me discounts without asking, didn't charge a service call, didn't charge an emergency call out fee, and didn’t charge for weekend service.
You couldn't ask for more: Perfect work, a friendly and educating manner, an extremely fair price and a calmness in the face of a stressful situation.
