If I could rate this 0 starts, I would! Maurice is not easy to work with, is very unprofessional, & he will bill you the next day. I placed an order to ship my jersey to get new letters on it. The jersey never left my possession before I received a charge on my card. I decided to cancel my order because the price he charged me was higher than what he originally told me. He was fighting with me and would not honor my request to cancel service, saying he already cut the letters (which is impossible because I never even sent my jersey down). He insisted that he just send the letters in the mail to me and give me a partial refund. I still insisted that he cancel my order and refund my money. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. A couple months after the dispute was supposedly settled, he charged my credit card again for no reason! I had to file another dispute for that charge and cancel my credit card account to get issues a new number. They are definitely theives!!
