After a break-in left our lock damaged, we decided it was time to upgrade everything. When I called Bergen, someone answered the phone right away (unlike other places) and while they were unable to come out that day, they offered to come out first thing the next day - which just happened to be Thanksgiving. I took a pass on making them come out on T-Day, but that Friday they were here and took care of everything. They made sensible suggestions, listened to what we wanted, and came back on Saturday with additional parts. It was an expensive job, but they waived a few of the items for us.
About a week later one of the locks was sticking so bad I couldn't open it any more. I gave them a call (someone answered the phone again this time - first try!) and came out that afternoon at no charge to fix the lock. They said if there were any more issues with it they would replace the whole thing for free.
Great service, very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend them.
