Sutton Real estate is known around the pacific northwest for its cheapest 1% listing company moddo.. Yes its true you will save more money with sutton! but at the same time, they dont do quite as much work as other real estate agencies.. You do a little of the work yourself.. Which may not be that bad.. Do you mind showing your house yourself? Or having to counter offers yourself in person? Thast some of the stuff you may need to deal with when you go through Sutton, but if you dont mind these things, Sutton may be one of the cheapeast ways you can sell your house! Not too bad, just more work than it could be worth!
