Review content:
This place is great! The rooms are relatively large and spacious. You have the option of having a washer/dryer combo in the apartment that makes it very convenient. Management is very on top of things, especially parking. Parking here is a nightmare, they have the tow trucks on speed dial. There is someone who lived in the complex and goes out to check the parking lot for the sticker. If you ever have to park here for even just a bit, park on the street. There is a VERY HIGH chance of getting towed, at car owner's expense. The good part is that this place does low income rates, so if you can show the proof, they'll give you a hell of a deal. They also have a park area and direct access to the bike route to campus, a huge plus in this biking community.
