If you’re fed up with the runaround with the way the BMW dealerships treat you, there’s a great alternative. It’s called Strictly BMW. I’ve owned BMW’s for years and unless you’re lucky enough to have a new one that is completely covered under their warrantee, you’ll need to change oil, have the brakes done, etc. Or perhaps you have a newer or older model and you want to install an accessory or just get some advice – these guys are great. Personally, I’ve found that the dealerships are focused on making money and customer service is really last priority. Strictly BMW has a collective level of experience that really goes beyond the dealerships – you get to talk with the folks that are actually getting their hands dirty with your car, rather than this “service rep” that is the go-between that knows just enough to complete your invoice, but isn’t the one that is hands on with your BMW. The local body shops do a lot of business with these folks as well – they’re trusted around town as a credible and viable alternative to the dealerships’ ho-hum quality of service, both on the car and with the customer.
