Heidi Hunt's office missed my court date entirely because one of their lawyers was getting married and they did not have enough to cover all of their cases. They excused the situation saying they filed for a continuance which was denied and now sits in a motion to reconsider, all of this before they have even had a chance to provide me the actual services I paid for.
I have been getting the run around for a few weeks now regarding the motion to reconsider that they submitted for, and they are giving me conditional statements about refunding me regardless of the fact that it was entirely due to their offices negligence that my court date was missed and that my contested hearing is now defaulted - waiting to find out of the judge will reconsider.
whatever you do NEVER use Heidi Hunt EVER. This is just about the worst addition of headache to an already lame situation that I could have asked for, all for getting a ticket for going 30mph for a school zone that I was never in. This office is a complete rip off.
This is a direct quote I received from Toni Hunt:
"Matt we did not put two infractions on your record. You did that yourself by your careless driving. Please don't blame us for your mistakes. Thank you."
This attitude is coming from a person that is suppose to be providing me professional legal servicees?!? I think not.
