Review content:
the only reason i gave them 1 star, it is because the website requires a rating... i would give them a negative 5 star rating. be aware, people who rate them highly are working for the company....
i got a cab the other day to come home from the airport. when we arrived, i gave the cabbie my credit card to pay for the fare. instead of running it through his electronic credit card machine, he used one of those old manual credit card machines that took an imprint of my card... the kind that people used to use 20 years ago. i thought this was the most unsafe way for the cab company to handle my credit card considering that it is so easy for someone to steal my credit card number and run charges that can be in thousands of dollars before i would be notified. so i called their office to express my concern. the so-called "manager" refused to hear my concern and when i asked him to give me the city they were licensed to work in so i could notify the better business bureau, he flat out refused and told me that "you are not allowed to ask me that". i was stunned of his refusal... during the course of 15 minutes of conversation, he kept telling me that "you are wasting my time" and hung up on me twice. i finally gave up on my quest to get any information from him as it was painfully clear that he had no understanding as how things worked in this country. i would NEVER use them again....
