If you enjoy a nice cut of prime rib and are in Pendleton, you owe it to yourself to try Cimmiyotti's. Coming from Los Angeles, I've been fortunate to sample some pretty nice cuts of beef, and Cimmiyotti's ranks with the best of them. The place has a cozy, lounge-like atmosphere, and the place-mats with brands marking the location of various beef producer's in the county are a nice touch. There are other items on the menu, but the beef is the star. If you've only got one night in Pendleton, eat here or at Raphael's.
