Businiess name:  Home-Pro Custom Sunrooms & Windows
Review by:  Keith D.
Review content:
I had a $35000 sunroom addition added to our home with a lifetime warranty, recently i called to have service on my leaking roof that is part of the sunroom. I was informed that my lifetime warranty is no longer valid because the company that owns home pro now bought the business assets only from the previous owner and they were not honoring the warranty any longer. This is,in my opinion, completely bogus. Their website states they have been in business since 1998 and still advertise a transferrable lifetime warranty. I guess this is only good until they change the leadership again. My next avenue will be to complain to the state of florida consumer affairs regarding this matter. I am not sorry that we added the sunroom, just would choose another company next time for half the money which is what the next bid was, however, we purchased strictly for the "lifetime warranty" that apparently is worth as much as the paper that it was written on.
