Thank you most of all for being EXACTLY who you say you are and more. RJK Team, you have been the best experience I have ever had working with contractors. Your teams are professional. You actually clean before you begin, and at the end of each day. You protected my hardwood entrance with cut to fit plywood, my carpet with special adhesive plastic, and my rooms with frame/zippered plastic, for dust and privacy! You, Rob and Jason have communicated most effectively with me at least twice daily, as the Team meets prior to the day, and when day's work is completed, to discuss what will happen tomorrow.
It is so easy for me to know exactly what is going on. It is important to me, that each sub team: Scott's expert framing, Vladimir’s electric, Mitch's plumbing, Felix's tile etc. each has their own job specific blueprint posted, along with the overall blueprint.
There is effective communication ongoing all the time, as well as Rob, Suzanne, and Jason Chris to oversee all.
Your cost is competitive...your professionalism is essential....my peace of mind, and the privilege of working with you....priceless!
