Review content:
The prices at Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital seem to be the big topic of these reveiws. I would much rather spend a few hundred dollars to make sure my pet is in good hands, rather then go somewhere cheaper (which I have) and not have the most proper care for my pet. The employees (techs, receptionist, etc...) may not be the most "chatty" or "informing" (according to some) but if you have a question, ASK IT! Just as the same at a doctors office, I usually don't get the best service there, but this isn't a restaurant, I am more interested in the care my animal is getting, then how friendly they are to me. After all, I am there for my pet, and not myself. If I am confused about something, I make it a point to ask, and they answer every question I have without hesitance. I've been going there for many years now, and I would never think of going elsewhere. ... And to Karen M., the boarding I assume, has went up due to the fact they have a whole building JUST designated for boarding now. You can choose to have the "suite" which I believe is more expensive, because of the fact it is a whole room for your animal... if you simply can't afford that, which BELIEVE ME I get, don't get the suite, and use the standard boarding. That simple. Frankly, I feel people should be more focused on the medical parts of Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital, rather then the boarding.
