This letter is for any prospective Window Land clients.
HOUSE: 4 bedroom colonial with 25 windows built in 1970.
HEAT: Average annual oil use is 1200 gal per year.
With new windows, oil use is now down to 800 gal per year.
My estimate for the windows to pay for themselves is somewhere between 5 and 6 years just with the savings of oil. They also save electricity with the air conditioners in the summer.
I have never had a contractor that did a better job than Windowland. All 25 windows were replaced in a two (2) day period with no disruption or mess created in the house. Being a little bit of a do-it-yourselfer around the house I couldn't believe how the workers made that job look so easy. If you really want a good job done then use Windowland.
